The IMT Story

In 1991, Dr. Bill Fisher established Pekin Family Practice in Pekin, Illinois, with a vision to create a center for comprehensive patient health and wellness. Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Fisher’s expertise has expanded to include cosmetics, laser treatments, hormone balancing issues, weight loss, and more. In 2011, the Cosmetic Skin Center of Central Illinois (CSCCI) was launched to provide cosmetic and skin care services.

In 2016, the Cosmetic Skin Center became Innovative Medical Therapies (IMT), combining weight loss, hormone optimization, and laser therapies. Then in 2019, Dr. Fisher embraced the revolutionary Direct Primary Care (DPC) subscription or membership model for healthcare services. IMT emerged as not only an affordable family medical practice, but a Midwest medical spa offering laser, aesthetic, weight loss, and health and wellness services under one roof.
